To provide a branded payment experience for your customers, you can upload your company logo in the Merchant Portal. The uploaded logo will automatically be displayed on the payment pages, including the checkout, payment success, and payment failure pages.
Steps
- Log in to the Merchant Portal.
- Navigate to Settings from the left-hand menu.
- Select the Profile submenu.
- On the Profile page, locate the Logo Upload section on the right-hand side.
- Click the upload area and select your company logo.
Result
Once uploaded, your logo will automatically appear on:
- Checkout Page
- Payment Success Page
- Payment Failure Page
This helps provide a consistent, branded payment experience for your customers and allows each merchant's payment pages to be customized with their own identity.
